Due to globalization the organizations are confronting severe competition day by day and this interconnectedness has resulted in culture hybridization, abilities of leadership and the call for leaders as leadership style is one of the factor that helps in achieving the organizational objectives. Leadership practices affect all employees working in an organization. Traditional leadership styles have come across problems to cope up with new issues and challenges of organizations. Current study is an exploration of a new leadership style which responds to this changing dynamic. Hybrid leadership is an emerging concept that offers a complete package for employees with special attention, care, respect, understanding and their participation to fulfill the responsibilities. The purpose of this study is to explore the role, relationship, and impact of hybrid leadership practices on employees` motivation, satisfaction and performance. Data of 265 employees from various organizations of Rawalpindi and Islamabad is taken. Simple random sampling technique is used to collect data. Hybrid leadership was measured by using five items of a scale developed (Helmreich, 1973) whereas Employees` Job satisfaction, Employees` Motivation and Employees` Job performance were measured by (Warr et al. 1979), (Burns, 2000) and (Tandoh, 2011) respectively. The study used SPSS to analyze the data and obtained results through linear regression, correlation and ANOVA methods. This study shows that there is a strong association between hybrid leadership and employees` motivation, job satisfaction and their performance. This paper also reveals that females’ employees are more influenced with hybrid leadership as compare to counterpart males
