The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) Online Encroachment Cell is a modern digital solution designed to tackle the problem of urban encroachments in Rawalpindi. It provides a convenient platform where citizens can report unauthorized stalls. Replacing outdated manual methods, the Cell offers a real-time, digital complaint registration system that is easy to use through a user-friendly web interface. Citizens can submit complaints by filling out a simple form, including the issue’s details, exact location, and supporting images. These images act as evidence and are automatically verified by an integrated Artificial Intelligence (AI) model to ensure accuracy and prevent false complaints. The platform enhances transparency and builds user trust by offering automated email notifications that inform users when their complaint is submitted, reviewed, and resolved. On the technical side, the frontend is developed using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Angular, and TypeScript, creating a responsive and interactive user experience across various devices and browsers. The backend leverages .NET Core and C for logic processing, while SQL is used to manage data storage and APIs. FastAPI connects the AI verification system to the main application. The entire system is optimized to handle a large volume of complaints efficiently while maintaining strong data security. The system includes a powerful admin panel that allows RDA officials to manage complaints effectively. Features such as filtering, searching, and categorizing help prioritize urgent complaints, ensuring timely action. The centralized SQL database not only supports fast data retrieval but also provides real-time analytics for urban planning. This enables RDA to analyze trends and make informed decisions. By addressing shortcomings in traditional methods—like poor complaint tracking and disorganized data—the Cell sets a new benchmark in smart urban governance. It promotes accountability, citizen engagement, and responsible urban development by bridging the gap between the public and government through innovative technology.

This is an AI Powered website analysis tool which is designed to help those users who want to analyze and improve their websites by just giving link to the chatbot for suggestions and analysis. The user enters their website’s URL and then the server analyzes their website and gives a report which includes the performance of website, its category, its SEO percentage, total number of images on that page, and page size. This system is designed to use Google lighthouse for measuring the performance of websites more accurately and crawls the website by using beautifulsoup for image counting and HTML parsing. It also has a trained model which is used to categorize the website. Admin can add their own dataset and upgrade their dataset through UI to train the model for better classification of website. This tool is user friendly as users just need a G-Mail account to login and then analyze their website by just pasting their URL in chatbot’s input. Firebase Authentication is integrated for secure login through their G-Mail account. This not only enables users to log in easily but also store their previous reports. The reports are saved to database of firebase and can be viewed and downloaded through UI. Admin users can retrain the classification model by uploading new datasets, improving the model’s accuracy over time. The front end is built in React.js and styled with Tailwind CSS for a responsive and engaging interface. The backend server is made up of Python Flask server and uses trained Machine Learning (ML) model to make predictions and calculate scores. The chatbot provides detailed analysis and suggests ways to enhance performance, improve design, and fix issues like poor color contrast or slow load speed when user checks the box for suggestions. It aims to allow developers, businesses, and educational institutions to get real-time feedback for better web presence and user experience.

Smart check is a mobile application designed to improve the efficiency and transparency of vaccination campaigns through real time tracking of vaccination teams. The system uses facial or thumb recognition for biometric authentication and GPS tracking to ensure proof of presence and task completion, minimizing fraudulent reporting. Smart check also includes role-based access control allowing different user roles like administrators, supervisors and field workers to access specific features and data, ensuring secure and efficient task management. Developed using flutter for cross platform compatibility and firebase for cloud-based storage and real time synchronization, SmartCheck offers a user-friendly interface and scalable infrastructure. The application enables administrators to monitor team movement, assign tasks and generate reports, improving accountability and operational efficiency. Smart check is designed to address logistical challenges in large scale vaccination campaigns, offering real time insights into campaign progress and resource allocation. By integrating advanced mobile and cloud technologies, smart check offers a comprehensive solution for managing vaccination drives, ensuring greater accountability and contributing to the success of public health initiatives.

The ambition of this project is to help people in the construction of their desire pool. This application will add more flexibility for the customers to shop pool maintenance related products online saving their time as they would not have to go to the physical stores and wait in lines for purchasing the products. This application currently will be targeting Residential Pool Owners and Commercial Sector including Fitness industry, Hotel and Resort Industry. The application will be user friendly and contains all the functionality that other online pool websites contain but in addition to that it also contains special functionalities which makes it different from others in such a way that it allows users to view their selected pool design as a 3D model image containing details like pool depth,width,volume and length. The main purpose of this project is to provide people a one-stop solution, by offering a diverse range of pool designs, construction methodologies, and maintenance products, catering to various preferences and budgets.
