Shujaat Abbas Ali Khan, 01-221241-013
This study explores the impact of perceived Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on the Pro-Environmental Behaviors (PEBs) of employees in the hospitality sector of Punjab, Pakistan. With growing global concern for environmental sustainability, organizations are increasingly expected to foster eco-friendly practices not only externally but also within their workforce. Drawing on stakeholder theory and social identity theory, the study examines how CSR perceptions influence employee behaviors directly and indirectly through the mediating roles of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) and Organizational Identity. A quantitative research design was employed, using structured questionnaires distributed to middle mangemnt working in hotels and hospitality businesses across major cities in Punjab. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) to test the hypothesized relationships. The results indicate that perceived CSR has a significant positive effect on employees' PEBs. Furthermore, both GHRM practices and Organizational Identity were found to partially mediate this relationship, highlighting the importance of internal HR systems and a strong sense of belonging in translating CSR initiatives into sustainable employee actions. These findings provide valuable insights for hospitality managers and policymakers seeking to integrate environmental responsibility into organizational culture and HR practices. Encouraging PEBs through strategic CSR and internal identity mechanisms can contribute to long-term sustainability goals in the sector.

<summary type="text">The Impact of Abusive Supervision on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour: The Mediating Role of Perceived Unfairness and Organizational Loyalty in Pakistan's Banking Sector
Tayyaba Mahmood, 01-222232-026
Abusive supervision is a growing concern in Pakistan’s banking sector, where hierarchical structures and performance-driven cultures often create conditions conducive to toxic leadership. While its negative effects on employee well-being are well documented, limited research has explored its influence on organizational citizenship behavior, particularly through psychological mechanisms. This study investigates the direct and indirect effects of abusive supervision on organizational citizenship behavior, with perceived unfairness and organizational loyalty as sequential mediators. Grounded in the conservation of resources theory, this research adopts a quantitative, cross-sectional approach. Data were collected through structured questionnaires from a usable sample of 244 employees working in Islamabad-based banks. Standardized and validated scales were used to measure all variables. The results reveal that abusive supervision significantly lowers organizational citizenship behavior both directly and indirectly, with perceived unfairness and organizational loyalty mediating this relationship in sequence. These findings contribute to the growing body of knowledge by clarifying the pathways through which abusive supervision erodes positive workplace behaviors. The study highlights the importance of fostering fairness and loyalty within organizations to sustain discretionary employee efforts. Practically, it suggests that organizations must actively address abusive leadership to protect employee motivation, trust, and cooperative behavior in order to maintain overall performance.

Muhammad Basharat Qayyum Niazi, 01-321241-010
The study attempts to investigate the effect of technostress on creativity in the IT sector of Pakistan while emotional exhaustion and intrinsic motivation were used as sequential mediators. In addition, direct and indirect effect of all the mediators and technostress was also seen on creativity. Seeing technology development worldwide there is an increase in stress level among the employees specifically related to technology. With increasing technology job insecurity also increases due to not meeting the required demands of the changing technology. Pakistan being a third world developing country is gaining it pace in the race of technology worldwide. As this the right way moving forward, adaptability and sustaining this technology is equally important. In the IT sector of Pakistan employees lack awareness in how to effectively utilize this increased technology instead of seeing it as a threat. The study was carried on the IT companies based in Islamabad, Pakistan with a sample size of 384 IT professionals. Questionnaires were the primary source of data collection from the employees working in this sector. This positivist approached cross sectional exploratory research aims to explore the relation between technostress and creativity. SPSS data analysis software is used to analyze data and present the results. The results supported all the four hypothesis confirming that technostress had a negative relation with creativity and intrinsic motivation whereas a positive relation with emotional exhaustion. Intrinsic motivation and creativity have a positive relation whereas both are negatively related to emotional exhaustion. The study provided valuable contribution to the literature by providing solution on how to mitigate technostress at the workplace to increase creativity.

<summary type="text">Impact of Green Environmental Leadership Practices on Employee Pro Environmental Behavior Through Mediating Role of Green Innovation with Moderating Role of Top Management in Hospitality Industry of Pakistan
Nawal Ayesha, 01-222232-021
In an era where environmental responsibility is becoming a central concern for the hospitality industry, this study explores how green environmental leadership influences employees’ pro-environmental behavior (PEB) in hotels. It investigates whether this relationship is enhanced through green innovation and whether it is further supported by top management commitment. Using data from employees and managers in Pakistan’s hotel industry, the study employs structural equation modeling to test direct, mediating, and moderating relationships. Findings reveal that leaders who actively promote environmental values significantly inspire employees to adopt green behaviors in their daily work. Green innovation partially mediates this relationship, suggesting that innovation plays a meaningful but not exclusive role in reinforcing environmentally responsible actions. Interestingly, while top management commitment boosts innovation efforts, it does not significantly moderate the direct link between leadership and employee behavior—highlighting the stronger influence of immediate supervisors over distant executives. This research provides both theoretical insights and practical guidance for hospitality leaders aiming to embed sustainability into their organizational culture. It underscores the importance of leadership-driven green innovation and encourages a more active role from top-level executives to amplify long-term environmental goals.
